A leading systems supplier for the assisted animal reproduction industry needed to find and hire multiple strong sales individuals to further contribute to their revenue growth. In the small, niche market of the swine sales industry, the company faced challenges in finding candidates who not only had a track record as a successful salesperson with a technical industry background, but also made a strong culture fit for their team.   

Before partnering with AgHires, the company’s pool of applicants was limited, not allowing their hiring team to be selective. The company was looking for a recruitment partner who deeply understood the ag/biotech/animal industry, could seek out potential candidates, and alleviate the steps of the hiring process from their current sales leader who had limited time to vet and screen candidates.

With prior experience at a swine genetics company, the hired Porcine Account Manager brings a strong swine reproductive background and exceptional interpersonal skills. In addition, the new Ruminant Account Manager's technical knowledge and experience in embryo transfer has opened up an opportunity for the company to reach a target market.
