A little about the business: At eGenesis, we aspire to deliver safe and effective human transplantable cells, tissue, and organs utilizing the latest advancements in genome editing.
We are seeking a reliable member to join the eGenesis Farm Operations Team in the Greater Madison, WI area and assist in all farm activities including operating large equipment, hay production, landscaping/facility upkeep, and basic animal care of swine. The right individual will have experience working with farm equipment and must be willing to perform maintenance on equipment and buildings.
What you would be doing:
- Operation of large farm equipment such as skid loaders, tractors, manure management equipment, and hay equipment
- Activities involving the above may include but are not limited to carcass management/composting, spreading solid and liquid manure, pasture and lawn mowing, and unloading deliveries
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, animal facilities, and lab facilities, and repairs when needed
- Responsible for landscaping and general grounds upkeep, i.e. operation of lawn mower, weedwhacker, leaf blower, snowplow, and chainsaw
What we're looking for:
- Basic working knowledge facility maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Must not have any other interaction with pigs outside of the company
- Welding experience is beneficial but not required

As an Account Manager, you will facilitate distributors’ success by serving as an important resource for them. Among other responsibilities, you will field logistical questions, provide product support and offer important training.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Spread awareness of important poultry watering concepts and equipment management principles to distributor personnel, poultry producers, industry decision-makers, academia and poultry extension personnel, etc.
- Conduct presentations on poultry watering topics at industry events.
- Visit farms to conduct field testing when needed.
- Work with local distributors on large-scale equipment sales and installations.
- Build and maintain relationships with accounts through continued communication.
- Provide customer service to accounts; field any questions related to Purchase Orders, invoicing, sales and other account needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, project and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel; up to 75% (day trips and overnights)
- General understanding of B2B or capital equipment sales

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team remotely, ideally based in Northern Texas.
What you would be doing:
- Design and implement protocols for spray coverage and deposition testing to ensure precision in various agricultural settings.
- Coordinate logistics for field testing, including working with machine operators and handling chemical applications.
- Develop and execute chemistry efficacy testing to verify optimal performance across different environments.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless product adoption and maximizing field efficacy.
- Provide expert consultation on best practices, including nozzle type selection, chemical compatibility, and GPA (gallons per acre) optimization.
What we're looking for:
- Solid background in weed science, agronomy, or a related discipline.

We're hiring a Sales Agronomist in Fairview, MT to ensure our customers maximize their crop yields and farm efficiency through our products. In this role you will work closely with growers as their trusted consultant throughout the growing season. When not in the office, you will be hands-on walking fields with customers, crop scouting, soil sampling, attending grower meetings, and advising our customers on the products to best fit their needs.
What you will be doing:
- Make sales calls to determine agronomy needs, create solutions and build long term relationships with customers that will generate sales of seed, fertilizer, ag chemicals and agronomy services.
- Maintain a current book of business while also driving new sales through prospecting
- Keep current on agronomic products, trends, problems, services, and resources
- Work closely with internal team

We're seeking a self-driven Farm Operations Manager to lead our team. This role is designed for a proactive, experienced individual who values autonomy and seeks a long-term career opportunity. In the last three years, the farm has invested in a new grain leg to service a new corn dryer and 250,000 bushels in storage. Our farm has purchased a new 8-wheeler and a s780 Combine, a new corn head, a new draper head, a high-speed planter add-on, and a bean conditioning system.
What you will be responsible for:
- Make strategic decisions on planting, fertilization, and harvesting to maximize productivity and sustainability.
- Select and manage the use of fertilizers, seeds, and other production inputs efficiently.
- Manage operator and staff selection, training, and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Oversee farm operating budget, optimizing resources for growth and profitability.
- Operate, maintain, and repair key farm equipment, including a John Deere 780 combine with a 16-row head, and a 250,000 bushel grain elevator.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
- A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field, with additional certifications such as a pesticide applicator and spray licenses, is highly desirable. Equivalent Experience will also be strongly considered.
- Substantial farm management experience, with a strong emphasis on row crop production.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain farm machinery, especially a John Deere 780 combine. Experience in repairing farm equipment is essential.
- The possession of relevant pesticide and chemical licenses indicates a comprehensive understanding of crop protection and safety standards.
