We’re excited to announce that AgHires will be launching an upgraded job board platform on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

The new platform is designed to create a better experience for both job seekers and employers, with updated tools, improved navigation, and a more modern application and account experience.

As we prepare for launch, here are a few important things to know.

What’s Changing

The new AgHires platform will include:

  • An updated job search experience
  • Improved applicant and job management system for employers
  • Updated application and resume tools for job seekers
  • A more modern user experience across desktop and mobile

Important Information for Employers

After launch:

  • Employer users will need to reset their password before logging in for the first time
  • Review their company profile and active job postings after launch
  • Get familiar with the new processes and account tools

We’ll provide additional login instructions closer to launch.

Important Information for Job Seekers

Before launch, we recommend saving a copy of your resume and any information you may want for your records.

After launch:

  • Job Seekers will need to reset their password before logging in for the first time
  • Account experience and navigation will look different
  • Review your profile and resume information after launch

We’ll share login instructions once the new platform is live.

As part of the transition, there may be brief periods where portions of the site are temporarily unavailable while systems are updated.

We appreciate your patience during the transition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I need to create a new account?

No. Existing users will be able to access their accounts on the new platform. However, users will need to reset their password after launch before logging in for the first time.

Why do I need to reset my password?

For security reasons, passwords are not being carried over to the new platform. You’ll need to create a new password the first time you log in.

Will my jobs and company profile transfer?

We are migrating key employer account information and active job-related content to the new platform. After launch, we recommend reviewing your account and job postings to ensure everything appears as expected.

Will my resume/profile transfer?

We are migrating job seeker accounts and resume-related information to the new platform. After launch, we encourage you to review your account information and uploaded materials.

Will I still be able to access the old platform?

If there’s anything you need from your previous account after launch, please reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to assist.

What if I can’t log in?

After launch, you’ll need to reset your password before accessing your account for the first time.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at info@aghires.com.
